I’m Caiti Mae — owner of C Walmer Events and someone who has built this business through years of hands-on experience in every corner of the wedding and events world.
I didn’t wake up one day and decide to be a planner. My path has been shaped by intentionally learning the roles that make an event successful. I’ve served as a venue manager, worked alongside catering teams, spent time with floral companies learning their craft, freelanced for established planners, and managed private event bookings at a taproom for several years — where I also gained extensive experience with alcohol service, bar operations, and staffing. These opportunities gave me a deep understanding of how each vendor contributes to a seamless event, and they continue to influence the way I plan and coordinate today.
C Walmer Events officially began after planning my own wedding in 2014 and coordinating several for friends, but the growth since then has been rooted in real, practical training and a commitment to doing the job well. Now, with a trusted team of assistants and bartenders who have been with me for years, I’m proud to offer couples a planning experience built on reliability, communication, and true behind-the-scenes knowledge.
As a Lancaster County native, wife, and dog mom, I bring a genuine love of celebration and organization to every event. For nearly a decade, I’ve had the honor of working with wonderful couples, beautiful venues, and talented vendors — many of whom feel more like partners and friends.
